{Happy} Updates and Releases Galore!

Tons of news, changes, and releases! It’s been a long, long time since I had new stuff for you all – a combination of numerous SL and RL factors. But now things are calmed down a bit and I’m back in the designing swing! First new thing is the new store! It took me a while to design and build it, but I think you’ll agree that it fits the brand perfectly, and it sure does make me Happy! If you haven’t come down to check it out yet, stop by and take a whirl on the skating rink, or enjoy a walk through the gentle snowfall. 🙂

{Happy} at Vintage Fair 

 Currently I have two brand new items out at the Vintage Fair. They are only available at the fair for the duration, along with some of my regular items at a special price.

The first exclusive item is the Angel Jumper. This warm tweed jumper has flowing bellbottoms and a zip front. It looks great with pretty much anything you put under it!

 The second exclusive is the Zephyr tunic. I’ve heard back that a lot of people have been resizing the bottom to make it more of a dress length – so you have numerous options for wear with this one! Get in the Boho spirit with this tunic in 5 lovely colors.

{Happy} in Winter

Lots of new winter releases! I’m playing catch-up here…so last week’s release included three different pieces: a luxurious, warm sweaterdress, a chic new belt, and some very warm snuggly tights. In fact, that’s what they’re called! The snuggly knit tights are available in a wide range of 15 colors, out now at the Happy mainstore. The Baby, It’s Cold Out sweaterdress comes in 6 pretty colors to suit every winter mood, with a high cowl neck to pull close on those cold winter nights. The Dreamweaver belts are crafted from sustainable woods and faux python and tied with suede. They are very versatile and ideal for every season!

And this week’s release is another big one! I have four new items. Yes, four! The Classic V Neck sweater is available in 9 colors and includes shaded prim cuffs. It has a deep, but tasteful V, and you can almost feel the soft fabric against your skin. Winter is all about warm textures and patterns, and what winter wardrobe would be complete without some argyle knit tights? These classy, preppy tights are available in 8 different colors, so you can be sure to match them up to your favorite sweater or skirt. And speaking of skirts…the third release for this week is the Corduroy Mini. This skirt works great for winter paired with a nice sweater, but can also be worn in warmer weather with a light shirt or tank! The Corduroy Mini is available in 6 colors. And last but not least, introducing the Traveler Scarves. These lush scarves are available in 7 ‘journeys’ or patterns, and terminate in delicate gold beads and polished stones. They make a great statement and look lovely with almost anything!

Michigan Ave Style @ {Happy}

Those familiar with the Windy City know that Michigan Avenue is packed with fantastic shopping and chic, head-turning styles. This week’s release is an homage to the Chicago fashionistas – a beautiful, billowy silk dress with a matching sash tie at the waist. The top, sash, and skirt are all sculpted and come fully modifiable to allow for proper fitting. Matching glitch clothing is included on all layers to make sure that no skin peeks through the sculpts during AO movement.

As with most sculpted items, these are designed for average-shaped avatars, and those with very large breasts or butt may have difficulty in achieving a satisfactory fit. A fitting guide is included to aid in getting the best fit possible for your avatar. The dress is available in two patterns with three colors each, for a total of six dresses.

New @ {Happy}: Jeeeeans! And pretty tops!

I’m happy to present two new items this week that I have been tossing around for a while. And I have really wanted to do a pair of classic jeans for a bit now, so here they are!

{Happy} Signature Jeans, shown in Dark Blue

These classic jeans come in six colors, including coal (a black tone). They come with matching prim cuffs that slouch around the bottom and flare slightly over the back to fit well over heels or boots. No templates were used in the making of these, so you’re guaranteed to be unique! They are available in store at the time of writing, so go snatch ’em up now and be dazzling in denim! This was my first try making ‘classic jeans’, so let me know what you think and if you want me to make some more variations. 🙂

The cocktail blouse is a wonderfully versatile piece that can be dressed up or down, depending on your needs! I’ve styled it with the co-released jeans this week, but it looks absolutely stunning paired with last week’s release – the business as usual pants. It comes with matching prim cuffs, bow, and sculpted bottom that skims the top of the waist and shows off just the right amount of skin. The cocktail blouse is available in 6 beautiful colors. Business As Usual @ {Happy}

The new release for this week is a nice pair of pants I’ve been meaning to get out for a while. Enjoy!

These trendy pinstriped pants are beautifully shaded and look stunning either worn casually as shown above (Racer Vest and Confidence Shirt sold separately), or dressed up for business. They come with slouchy, flared cuffs that drape over the back of the heel and give the pants a really nice shape. Available in 8 colors at the mainstore.

On sale this week at the mainstore is one of my older tank tops, the comfy tank. All colors are available at a reduced price of 40 L each, or you can grab all 6 for only 149 L. These are great for layering or just wearing around on lazy days. After this week they will remain available on the marketplace as a fatpack only.

New @ {Happy}: Understated Elegance

Another busy week on my end! The satellite location has opened up on the LE.LOOK sim, so don’t forget to check it out. The direct teleport link is located on the side panel. 🙂

I also finished a much needed expansion on the store so everything is not all crammed in! Be sure to walk around the spaaaacious new wing.

I met some really great bloggers this week who have a clear passion for fashion, and love what they do. I can’t wait to see what they do with my designs! It’s really refreshing and fun to see this side of things after being ‘just a resident’ for so long here.

But on to what you are waiting for…the releases!

I have two new tops to offer this week, and they are so feminine and soft and lovely. I call this release ‘understated elegance’ because I think they really showcase femininity in a classy way that is not too in-your-face.

{Happy} Piper Shirt in Green

The piper shirt has a deep V that shows off your assets while still remaining tasteful. The wide sleeves and the underbust are beaded in contrasting colors that draw the eye and pull the piece together visually. This one is very pretty dressed up, but can also be worn casually. Looks great with last week’s release – the shore pants! Available in 6 colors.

{Happy} Sugar Cami in Pink

I love camisoles. Who doesn’t! This one is so sweet and cute that I just had to name it ‘sugar’. The bust and straps are lined with scalloped black piping, and a wisp of black lace sits against the bosom. This one is probably one of the girlier things I’ve made (which makes the QC twitchy). It looks amazing on its own, or paired beneath a cardigan or jacket. I am loving wearing the champagne color with the mint green Preppy Cardi!

The discontinued item for this week is the flowery halter. All colors and ecstatic pack will be available this week at a discounted price in the mainstore before moving to the marketplace as fatpack only. Snatch it up if you want a really cute halter top dirt cheap!
